Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 10 days after order has been received by you. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from body odor, free from hair, with tags for items applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@armyofgodattire.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return labels will need to be provided by the customer.
If 10 days have passed since you have received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping is not refundable.

International Items

International Shipping may be subject to local import/duty fees upon arrival. If 10 days have passed since you have received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping is not refundable. For all International Shipping a 20% restock fee will apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If at any time during shipment if the package is lost thru the shipping carrier, contact us at hello@armyofgodattire.com & we will work out a solution for you.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you'd like signature confirmation added to your order, please contact us once your order is placed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hats or socks (unless they are in the original packaging unopened & sealed.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at hello@armyofgodattire.com & include your order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special promotion items or sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges for ordering the wrong size will only be excepted in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from body odor, free from hair, with tags for items applicable, and in its original packaging.
Please refer to the sizing charts listed on each product we have for sale. Sizing charts can be located at the top of the product descriptions above the sizing selection for each product. We have also provided models for sizing examples.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the original shipping fee as shipping is non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please remember the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
